Jasmin ENB lens effect

The external LenzParameters are the ENB settings found in ENBSERIES.ini. So basically bright pass and intensity.
Would love to give it a shot anyways even if it has artifacts. And I would consider it to be a closed experimental shader and wouldn't go off sharing it to people ofc.

I will check out the enbseries.ini then though I would guess external means delivered by the injector during runtime.

Aye it is the same thing as the Day Night Interior factors that are being sent to the shaders as externals.
Btw I switched the lens texture. Looks even cooler hehe.
