[SOLVED] Any idea what causes this?

So, recently I uploaded my Clean Light 2.0 files, but other players are seeing something that I thought only occurred in my game. There're are these weird green and Orange bars that change on the top left of my screen. I thought it was just a personal issue, but apparently it is something enabled in ReShade. When I disable Reshade it goes away. Any idea what causes it?
