Witcher 3 unable to start up with dxgi.dll inside

My game doesn't launch at all, it shuts down right away. I don't see the reshade text. Edit: I tried verifying the folder this time around and deleted all of the dlls. Then I did a reinstallation of the Reshade framework, (I did the manual method, by putting in the Reshade folder, Reshade.fx and reshade64.dll [renamed to dxgi.dll]) It still doesn't launch.

Funny thing is that it starts up with the reshade64.dll inside but when i change it to dxgi.dll it doesn't launch. Also to note, I don't see the reshade text when starting the game.

I have not yet found a solution to this problem. I am running latest drivers for Nvidia 970GTX and have no background processes running that "should" interfere... aka the set is quite small any beyond standard windows processes, i have AVG, logitech gaming SW (for headset), and Saitek for HOTAS.
