No greeting, overlay, or anything to indicate that ReShade is working- except for the log file.

Found and fixed in the next version.
Game uses "wglSwapLayerBuffers" for presenting, but I was only looking at "wglSwapBuffers" and "wglSwapMultipleBuffers" up until now.
