Reshade 3.0, shader not compiling - list empty

As it says, the UI loads fine in games but the shaders wont compile and the list is missing. try reloading to no results. Is there some redist that might be missing? Dying light is the only game so far that works.

Nvm I think I solved it. It was a corrupt download of the reshade exe

Make sure the directory the *.fx files are in is part of the effect search path on the settings tab or ReShade won't find them.
