TES Skyrim / Call Of Duty 2 crashes/not working

1. TES Skyrim
Not working. CTD when try to load already saving game. When i start new game i see no crash but sweetfx config not working (tried 3 ot them). All shadows were freezing.

2. Call Of Duty 2

Does it create a crashdump ? If it does, please append that too, makes it easier for me to figure out the crash reason.

About the CTD in Skyrim when loading a saved game: Did you previously had ENB installed? I heard of crashes when loading savegames created with ENB, but without ENB. See what happens if you remove ReShade and load the savegame again (still without ENB).
Also note that the depth-detection algorithm gets highly confused in this game and switches between a lot of different buffers, making the depth-access nearly unusable here (currently).

Nope. ENB as i know sweetfx/enb/efx don't work on windows 8.1 that is a reason that i try Reshade) Then i deleted sweetfx folder and d3d9 file game run absolutely normal. Reshade worked in main menu (i see messages and statistics in upper right corner) but ScrLk didn't apply visual effects.
About dump. I couldn't do it. Add registry string then reboot then crash then appropriate folder (%LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps) were not created by system. I don't know what the problem is it but haven't much time to solve it.

That's ok, it's not guaranteed to work, sometimes the game interecepts the crash itself and does things on its own.
I should have access to a computer with Skyrim installed in a few days, so I can check it out
