[SOLVED] No games are launching with ReShade

Basically, I install ReShade onto a game using the setup, it says it works, I launch a game, the message comes up saying are you sure you want to use it, but then the game never actually launches, the exe is open, according to task manager, but it never actually opens, I've waited for 10 minutes, and nothing happens


I've tried it with Alien Isolation, BioShock Infinite and Borderlands 2, and they all do the same thing, and I can't find any fixes online.

I'm using version 0.11.4 of ReShade

Are there any overlays or other software possibly interfering (anything that might hook into Direct3D too) running?

All that is running in the background is Steam & Nvidia Control Panel

Edit: Turns out it was the steam overlay, disabled it, and it worked, thanks

That's strange though, Steam overlay used to work in conjunction with ReShade ...

After doing some more testing, I found that some games I can leave the overlay on for, such as Dishonored, but for most, like Bioshock: Infinite, and Borderlands 2, the game simply doesn't launch unless the overlay is disabled. So, it could be something with those specific games?

i found ultramon bouton added on the titlebar have the same problem
the exe is runing in the background but no window
now i have to add exception for every game ;;
