Sacred Gold Issues

Hi,
Is there any chance that ReShade will support Sacred Gold ( store.steampowered.com/app/12320/ )? When I first ran the ReShade Setup tool (v0.12.0) it autodetected D3D 10/11 which seemed odd considering how old the game is. However, when I ran it again it report that the game could not be autodetected.
Thanks.

Do a manual installation . The fact that the game seems to be published for Linux too points to it using OpenGL for rendering, so try "opengl32.dll" as DLL name.
The setup is just for convenience, it can only autodetect the correct DLL name under certain circumstances ... Though it may even work using "dxgi.dll" (the one for D3D10/11), as long as that DLL is loaded into the process, which it appearently did because otherwise autodetection wouldn't have chosen it.

I tried the various naming conventions disclosed in the readme but nothing took. Each time I launched the game ReShade wouldn't load and the log files would simply contain "log closed." Hopefully someone else with the game can provide some input.
Thank you.

You're talking about game logs? Because there's no such log message in ReShade... Is there no ReShade log at all? Does the disclaimer window show up? If not, then not even the ReShade DLL is loaded. Any other directory (a "bin" folder or something) that would make sense to try out? According to Google game seems to use Direct3D afterall, has to be D3D8 or D3D9 then (from the release data, maybe also earlier, but in that case you won't be able to get it working with ReShade, because those are unsupported).
