I copied Reshade+SweetFX files to the BIN folder. Copied Reshade32.dll to the same folder as the csgo.exe, and renamed it to d3d9.dll

CSGO won't start. How do u install it?

Hooking fails, so I suspect some other software is trying to do the same. Any recording, streaming, overlays, booster etc. tools running (apart from the Steam overlay)?
