How to save current ReShade preset?

How do I "save as" the current preset I have under DefaulPreset.ini in ReShade 4.0? Whenever I press the "+" symbol it just creates a new blank preset. I want to save it as its own named file and share it with other people without having to copy the hours of changes I've made.

Not available. Try to copy the preset file to same directory, input add preset name same as that file name.
