Videos Buffering with High Speed Internet.

This issue has lasted for a couple of weeks now, and I can't seem to find a fix for it. Many of the videos I try to watch, both brand new and years old, buffer to the point that it's unwatchable. I get a consistent 50mbps through an ethernet cable, but stats for nerds shows that it's only using less than a megabit. I have no issues streaming in HD from other players such as Netflix or Twitch, but for some reason Youtube continues to buffer. I have tried using both Firefox and Chrome but there doesn't seem to be any difference between the two.
Any advice on how to fix this would be much appreciated. https://192168ll.onl/ https://xender.vip/ https://testmyspeed.onl/

If you're in the US it sounds like your ISP is throttling you. Thank Ajit Pai and the FCC for killing Net Neutrality.
Solution? Use a VPN; that your ISP isn't throttling.
