Scroll lock toggle not working or just no effects.

Goodnight everyone,

Not sure whether im on the right section for this problem but i need help.
I downloaded Reshade + sweetfx. Installed Reshade, selected the .exe file of the game.
Copied the preset file into the sweetfx folder instead of the sweetfx_settings.txt (changed name to this)
Started the game, i do get an overlay with succceeded but when i press Scroll lock theres just not changing anything.

Im not even sture whether i see the normal effects now of the sweetfx ones.

Toggle key doesn't work in that game. The rest does.
