Mediator Design Suggestions

Was able to detach toggling from ordering which means the following:

You will still mark shader groups automatically for the ordering but the checkbox now ONLY toggles the shader you clicked.
That also means that you cannot disable more than one shader at the time.

Solano wrote: "Apply" and "reset" shouldn´t be so close together unless reset can be undone - in my opinion. This can and will be fatal if not able to undo.

The user have to confirm a "Reset" click now by clicking a second time.
