Sharing Framework Mediator Presets

How would one do so?
Make a global preset then find the TheLazyNet folder and copy "TheLazyFrameworkPreset" to the preset download page on the database?
How do people use it? Do they have to download it through the mediator?

Exactly, TheLazy.Net allows only one configuration file, therefore the mediator combines all configuration files which you can then upload to TheLazy.Net.
You can then crawl TheLazy.Net website through the mediator for those presets. Clicking on Download and Use will revert the process and create the individual configuration files from the combined file.
