You can uninstall it by using the same tool you used for installation. Just run reshade setup, select the game and, after choosing the APi, it will ask you if you want to overwrite or uninstall: click "No".
Reshade is bugging out my game and I can't find out how to uninstall, I got rid of the Reshade.ini file and all of the d3.dll files but whenever I launch it reinstalls Reshade.ini and pops up with Reshade 2.8.4 needs an update and still looks bad. Cars don't have reflections and textures disappear, not to mention when im driving sometimes the whole map disappears. Can someone please help me completely uninstall Reshade?
Officially, the requirements to make ReShade work are:
Every Windows versions (from 7 onwards) as operating system, and the DirectX End-User Runtimes installed.
Some users reported issues with non-windows 10 versions, so this one is highly recommended.
EVERYTHING ABOUT APIs - WHAT TO CHOOSE BETWEEN Direct3D 9, Direct3D 10+ or OpenGL?
It depends on wich API the game uses.
To get this, either check ReShade Compatibility List, or search a game on PC...
In short, this is a collection containing most of the issues that might occur while dealing with ReShade.
The goal is to explain, in the easiest way possible, the nature of the problems and the way to solve them.
Over time, this guide will continue to be updated, in order to be more and more complete. Feedbacks and reports are welcome, of course

Like the title implies, I've installed and uninstalled reshade multiple times and have been unable to get this game working. There are a couple of presets posted on this site for this game, and I've seen videos of people using it so I assume it can work. I've closed any program I thought could interfere with the installation, I've hit every hotkey combination I could think of including home, shift f2, scroll lock, I've tried this on another game installation and wasn't able to get it working...
Reshade 4.2.1 not working in DevilMayCry5，Windows7 SP1

Well after uninstalling again and updating to a newer version now, it still persist and I have to open the menu twice to configure it, and a 3rd time to exit the menu... Also I took a pic of the errors in the log yet don't know how to upload here
Recently, ReShade has stopped working with Star Trek Online. The ReShade banner does appear as the game loads (with the CRYPTIC load screen), and the effects also appear briefly but then vanished. At that point, the effects are only active when the ReShade UI is active.
Star Trek Online went to a x64 client some time ago.
I'm not sure how to get ReShade working with this game again.

I downloaded ReShade these days to play the sims 4 better, but I would like to enable DOF, but I do not know how. I have seen in several topics how to activate but I can not. It does not focus automatically or even manually.
I have downloaded and uninstalled several times and have already downloaded version 4.2.0 and version 3.4.0 but it still does not work.
Am I doing something wrong?
I've done the following:
1. Run the installer to uninstall ReShade.
2. Go into the game's EXE folder and remove any left over .INI files.
3. Run the installer to install ReShade and download presets.
4. Manually copy qUINT_common.fxh and qUINT_lightroom.fx to the shaders folder.
5. Start game.
Getting the error message saying there were 'some' problems compiling the shader. When going into Statistics or Log, every single text line of qUINT_lightroom.fx returns a...
Uhm.. pretty weird.
Try uninstalling reshade completely, then reinstall it and see if it works (remember to do a backup first).
If it keeps not working do a screen and post it here. We'll try to guess what's wrong.
ReShade still does not work with Star Trek Online unless the ReShade editor is visible (which, in turn, makes the game unplayable).

Edit: This turned out to be due to AMD's driver AA being applied to Project64, disabling Pj64's profile in AMD's settings fixes the visuals. It doesn't seem to matter whether supersampling or MSAA is chosen, any setting seems to break ReShade. I don't know if it's possible to work around that or not, the driver level AA from Nvidia or AMD is a really nice enhancement over the emulator options but at the very least ReShade works now.
I can confirm the crash as well and here is my dxgi.log:

I switched to an AMD card and now get a different "error while creating OpenGL context" message. The log now seems to get stuck at " 'wglCreateLayerContext' failed with error code 0!" Can anyone please take a look at this? I think being unable to use ReShade at all with a popular emulator is big problem.

So i tried searching and other seem to have the issues with Alan Wake, but no solutions. Older SweetFX, or MasterEffect work fine, and 3.0.0 to 3.0.3 also work. But 3.0.4 gives me an error (D3DXCreateTextureFromFileInMemoryEx failed - Invalid call) 3.0.6 or 4.x.x series give not errors, they just don't load at all.
Here is the log from 4.1.1
