Toggle effects without Scrolllock?

My keyboard doesn't have a scrollLock key and i want to know if it is possible to assign another key, and if so how would i do it?

In Common you can change the RFX_ToggleKey (to which most shader are set by default) to another key. The key references can be found in the KeyCodes.h file.
