Port MasterEffect's Lens Dirt to SweetFX ?

Would anyone be able to do this? It adds such a cool effect for some games where you're wearing glasses or goggles. Thanks.

...and before anyone mentions you can use master effect and sweetfx at the same time, master effect cuts fps in half no matter what.
