Effects order

I need to know how I can change effects order, for exemple:

I want SMAA before Lumasharpness.

I'm trying to move in the ini preset like this:
Techniques=etc,etc,SMAA,Lumasharpness,etc,etc

But when I start my game this order just changes to a random one!

You can drag the effects around in the actual GUI.
Effects are loaded top to bottom.

Also note that only the order of all active techniques is saved. The order of inactive techniques is not preserved.
