I don't play CS, so I don't know how the game looks normally, and am thus just guessing.
If it's a tinting issue for dark areas, you can use something like GIMP's "Color Balance" to adjust the color of darker areas.
If it's a brightness issue, use Curves to do brightness corrections next time. Place 2 points near the bottom of the line, then make the adjustments above them. The two points will hold your dark areas to the same lightness as the base game's.
Also this probably belongs in the screenshot thread or something. Really, it should be in a presets library somewhere, but the Lazy is kinda going downhill last I checked. Doesn't natively support ReShade stuff, so you'll end up having to make a cloud storage account.
