After Years found this Shader Kombi thats fits all games from d3d8(aside with d3d8to9) - d3d9 - d3d10 - D3d11 - d3d12 - OpenGL - Vulkan . . . for other API´s it must searched for Wrappers like dxwrapper - dgVoodoo - dgVoodoo2 on WWW - GitHub
After thinking it i think that would the Preset a Shader it can called " Detail Enhancer" or not ! ? i
Would share that Plesure to stay not alone in my opinion.
MayBe i do Th@nks to Devs of all the stuff around ReshaDe . . . THX

In the ReShade User interface are some Hiden settings . . . Specialy an area labeled Edit Global Preprcessor Settings by edit them there often Solution to clear Isues for Shader settings.
ReShade 4.7.0 ReShade.ini thats 0ptions @ how Shaders are Hook and no ShaderPreset and pointed by Edit Global Preprcessor Settings.
