replace black pixels with nearest non black pixel

Could someone make a shader that has a darkness detection threshold setting (so you can pick how dark of a pixel it will replace) and can replace black or near black pixels with their nearest non-black pixel (but make that new nonblack pixel a bit darker than the original nonblack pixel it is copying). This is a workaround for denoising raytracing that would be less pc intensive than actually shooting more rays. Here are images for reference:
