LeiLei's LeiFX (3DFX) port to ReShade

What would be needed to port it to ReShade, how much would i need to change?

Last time Marty ported it to MasterEffect, he said it was a nightmare to work with it, thats why im asking (also, his version seems to make the scanlines giant on low-res games, when they should be small.
