PSO2 depth of field effects

For some reason, the depth of field effects for reshade no longer work in PSO2 (phantasy star online 2).
I had them all working about 5 months ago and quit playing. Now I'm getting back into it and everything else works but the depth of field is broken. When I try to display depth, the game UI is pure white, and everything else is pure black, where as before it properly displayed depth.
Any idea how to fix this?

Darn. Is there anyway to re-enable to the effect aside from using an older version of reshade 3? PSO2 isnt a competitive online game and the depth of field added a really nice touch to the game and a good way to blur out some of the terrible distance rendering.
