Need help with a mouse button toggle with a shader

Hi, i'm new here and to reshade as well but i was hoping for some help, i got a nice cross hair shader off of here today and it works good but i am wondering if i can have it toggle off on my right mouse press down but not the click, so as long as i'm looking down the scope i want it to turn off sort of thing.
Also i didn't know if this was the correct board to post this in so i'm sorry if its not in its rightful place.
I did do a bit of googling and did find other posts on here that said that you can bind toggles to mouse presses but i have no idea how they are to be implemented as i'm noob as .
