Box around quotes.

As the title says, what about a box around quotes? That makes it easier to tell when someone's quoting someone else than just the italics.

Example:

ccrusher1 wrote: This is an example message


vs

Good idea. But I can't seem to find the file responsible for quotes to apply that (it would be such an easy fix) =/
