Perfect World graphic issue

When I starts Perfect World with ReShade, every character, a mount and flying assistant (genie) acquire strange artifacts. It looks like this:

Can you help me solve this problem?

What happens if you remove all shaders (rename the ReShade.fx file) and run ReShade alone?

Is that a D3D9 or D3D11 or OpenGL game?

Minimum requirements - directx 9.0C
but Bandiсam shows this game as directx 8 application

That would make sense. I haven't planned to work much on the d3d8to9 component of ReShade currently though, but it's open source , so if somebody wants to debug the problem, it would be helpful.
