Whenever I launch assistant, my mouse freezes. Can't move it, buttons don't work, nothing. I regain control after hitting CAD (on blue screen), but as soon as I start task manager, it freezes back. When I shut the application down, through task manager; because it doesn't react to alt+f4; my mouse is still frozen. I have to restart my PC to regain control.
