Reshade don't work in css

Active reshade in oldcss but the effects do not work, I already put the d3d9.dll next to the hl2.exe but it did not work anyway, there is no MSAA option to disable in CSS and when it activates the depth, it continues white / black, someone Do you know how to solve this problem in CSS?

Well, you're not supposed to put the dll files next to hl2 exe. You put them in the bin folder.
