Reshade loading forever in Shores of Hazeron

Reshade installs without issue, and when launching the game, I see the overlay, stating "Loading (49 effects remaining)" etc. It doesn't lock the game up like it's compiling shaders, and performance seems unaffected. Shift-F2 does nothing. Screenshot:



The game uses a custom engine developed by a single guy, so it might be doing weird stuff most engines don't do. It uses OpenGL. If you would like to test the issue, downloads are at hazeron.com/downloads.php . Otherwise, I can try out any suggestions you guys have.
