Hey i need help with Dishonored 2

Alright so i downloaded reshade and ran it, tried to get it to work for dishonored 2 but for some reason it made dishonored 2 crash on startup, so now i have to reinstall the game. If anyone can provide any insight that would be great i'd love to play this game but the problems with the graphics are too much to handle.

I just need someone telling me what to do basically because i am super dumb with this stuff and i usually ruin what i touch.
