I uninstalled 3.4.1

I uninstalled 3.4.1 and delete all the files for that version but when I install 4.0.2 and load my game it keeps showing it as version 3.4.1.

Even when I uninstall reshade completely it keeps coming back into my game folder just without the effects installed.

Anyway to fix this?

Then you have a dll from ReShade lingering around somewhere in your game's installation folder. Maybe search for *.dll in the game's root folder and check out if you see a d3d11.dll or dxgi.dll in the search results. If so, rename/remove it.
