GW2 & MSVCP100.dll

Hello everyone,
i have a problem. I installed ReShade + SweetFX like in the Instruction. I copyied everything into the bin folder and deleted the ReShade64.dll then I renamed the other dll filde to D3D9.dll and when i start it says MSVCP100.dll is not installed on my computer. But it is. I also installed it by myself again it still says that.
