Can't Close Startup Menu/Can't Open Menu

I am having two issues happening... First, I am using reshade for the sims 4 and the reshade menu about the version and pressing home will not go away at the top of my game after starting up, it just remains there permanently and also, I cannot access the reshade menu by pressing home. Pressing home for me, just opens up my menu on my pc but for reshade.
