Heavy fps loss with no active effects(Melty Blood)

Reshade version - 4.5.3
OS - Manjaro 18.1.5
Wine version - 5.40-rc4 (staging)
PC specs: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GTX 1660 super
all drivers up to date
latest dxvk installed

Game - Melty Blood Actress Again (community version)
DirectX 9
32 bit

Using these specs the game runs flawlessly. However once Reshade is applied the game experiences many 50%+ losses of fps without any effects applied. If anybody knows how to fix this I would greatly appreciate the help.
