Reshade won't work in Rdr2

Hello,

I installed Reshade like I did for Gta 5 but when I open Red Dead Redemption Reshade won't open.
I watched now a lot of tutorials and tried literally everything and still don't know how to fix it.
First in the Reshade.ini file only were 2 lines: EffectSearchPaths=D and TextureSearchPaths=D
After an other thread i readed there are now more lines in it like ShowClock=0 and ShowFPS=1

Does someone know what I can do that Reshade starts working fine ?
