GTA San Andreas won't start.

If I install ReShade on GTA San Andreas, it doesn't start but if I rename or remove the d3d9.dll file GTA San Andreas is working.

I have Windows 10 and D3D9 might be too old for Windows 10.
But is there any way to fix it?

If someone could help me it would be very nice.

I fixed it.
I just renamed my gta_sa.exe to gta-sa.exe
