Running a Razer Blade with a 970m Witcher 3 was hanging on startup when reshade was installed with the 64bit dll as dxgi.dll.
Renamed the dll to d3d11.dll and that seems to have fixed the issue and allows it to boot up. So far just verified that it's running using the monochrome setting but will check out more when I get home.
