Blur around the character

Hey, how could i remove the blur around the character face and overall body? It makes her look like she has two faces 

very hard to understand. could you give a better explanation? are there any shaders you are using to make the character blurry? if so then what is the name? what game is this? what version of reshade are you using? what rendering api are you using? are you sure your shaders are in the right order? if you could be more descriptive it would help alot!
