- Getting the same compile errors as another user in Rise of the Tomb Raider (failed to compile, invalid flags specified)
- Won't load at all in Civilization VI - DX12 mode, but no errors or crashes.
Will try to gather some more useful info, and post back.
EDIT: or should I be posting detailed feedback in the Troubleshooting Forum??
Which version of Windows are you using? Tomb Raider DX12 works fine for me on Windows 10 1903.

Also using 1903. (build 18362.145) I'll see if I can find anything useful in the logs. Think I'll move over to the troubleshooting forum.

First thing I tried! MS' .exe's are encrypted in such a way it's not possible it seems from what I can find so far, even after taking ownership to get access to the folders it still doesn't allow selecting the file when running Reshade.

You're right. UWP games from the Windows Store are locked out. However MS has FINALLY announced they'll "soon" be supporting W32 games in the store, which is a huge backpedal, and long overdue. Would love to see it re-released in W32 format, but won't be holding my breath.

I don't even come this far and at first install there is no preset? Care to explain? I really want to see it working

Presets are .ini files and you can transfer them to the directory where the game .exe is (the same where you install Reshade)
I use the same .ini file with my preferences in a large range of games. Just google it and youÂșll find bunch of ini presets for SOTTR
After a fresh reshade install the game does run on me... In the first screen with the nvdealogo eidos etc. the reshade menu pops and you choose fast your preset.
This way it stays active and the game doesnt crash.
If you play with the presets in game it crashes. if you run the game a second time without reverting to a default preset it crashes (then i do a fresh reshade install)
Thats what my problems are... but i can play. maybe it helps you too

Well, it crash here even with a fresh install, without an preset.ini.with the same message as anixcool. Log say something nasty:

Opening the Reshade menu there is no mouse and can't move with keyboard . it's impossible to change settings. Trying to move the arrows buttons moves it in game, like it doesn't detect the reshade menu.
Anyway to fix this ?

Indeed. I forgot to say. You need to turn off all your in app overlays. Especially gforce experience. Steam origin or what so ever is your client. Only windows game overlay seems to work without crashing the game.
That was the one thing that made me play star wars battlefront 2 DX with reshade.

With DX12 rendering enabled in-game, PPFX Bloom and Godrays both work, but I cannot see any difference when toggling SSDO (but maybe that's intended? still kind of a nub to this stuff). Happy day.
