Creating a post to keep track of any resolutions to this issue/feature, if any arise.
Currently ReShade runs after DXVK which creates issues with addons which are not designed to handle the garbled output of Vulkan calls from DXVK.
Supposedly, RESHADE_MODULE_PATH_OVERRIDE can be used to load DXVK afterwards, however this apparently just causes a CTD on Fallout New Vegas at least.
