external setting modifier - to modify on a secondary monitor

I needed an external GUI to show on a secondary monitor to make adjustments on the shaders easier since the menu gets almost unreadable when shown on my WoWvx monitor in 3D using  Depth3D/Other Shaders/SuperDepth3D_WoWvx.fx at master · BlueSkyDefender/Depth3D . It works for me, perhaps helpful for others as well  .
