As well as rendering under the UI, this one adds motion vectors too. It uses a different name than the pooled motion estimation one, since there are sometimes reasons to use both. I guess I should add a flag for telling shaders that real motion vectors are there too? But then there might need to be another flag for transparency masks... I guess I'll leave that for others to decide.
