Any way to apply SweetFX presets to Reshade?

There are many SweetFX presets made by others that i wish i could somehow apply to Reshade but it seems the file setup is different as reshade does not have a SweetFX_Settings.txt file.

All sweetfx presets are compiled into a SweetFX_Settings.txt file but on reshade the file is called SweetFX.cfg. I even tried renaming the SweetFX_Settings.TXT file to SweetFX.CFG to see it would work but i got all sorts of errors.

I want to keep my heavily customized reshade setup in-tact while applying someone elses sweetfx color palette
