I was playing fallout, and I noticed that there were Halloween decorations set up all around Sanctuary. I checked the date and sure enough, it was around Halloween time. I started to do more testing with my preset, when suddenly I walked into Sanctuary and saw this. I think it is a weather glitch, but it looks like a rad storm mixed with fog, but contained only within Sanctuary. O.o

The volumetric fog only appears near the center of the town, and you can only see the 2D fog effects when you are looking into Sanctuary
