How to start with an effect enabled in Reshade 3.0

is there anything i can change in the settings to make it start with a shader enabled?

Yes just ticking the effect should start it enabled from then on.

If it's a preset the command in the ini file would be:

[GLOBAL]
Techniques=SMAA,

And that will make SMAA start enabled or what other effect or effects you want on. :)

The ini file itself with shader settings and these global settings is defined in reshade.ini or if that is not available it's [exename].ini :)

This line:
PresetFiles=C:\Program Files (x86)\ReShade\ReShade_Settings.ini

3.0 is in open beta since a while back, currently in the discussion thread I believe the latest download is for beta 3.0 #5 although only a few shaders are currently directly compatible with ReShade 3.0 at the moment and most if not all of them can be found via the ReShade Git repository.

EDIT: Latest version of 3.0 can be found in this post.

(As of 3.0 ReShade only includes the core .dll files, shaders can be grabbed from that Git repository.)
