That preset is not meant for 3.0.8. It was probably made for one of the 2.X versions. Too bad the person who made it didn't mention the version on the post.

if I correctly understood that this preset should be written by hands with each value in reshade 2.x ?! just download a preset into the app will not work?! It's true?
