Is there a Reshade 4 Controls Guide?

So I just updated to reshade 4 and all of the entry fields now have arrows on them and I can't seem to manually type in them anymore by double clicking in the field. Has this been removed? And if so, is there a control guide anywhere that explains how to change values easier? Dragging a slider bar or clicking arrows isn't ideal. It was much easier just to type in a value. Is there any way besides clicking arrows or using the slider bar to change the values? Thanks.

Ctrl + click to type in a value. This is covered in the tutorial when you first start ReShade.
