I just downloaded and installed the program for DCS. I followed a few youtube videos on the installation and I got a dxgi.dll file but no dxgi.ini file. I tried searching the entire drive and didn't find anything. When DCS starts I am not seeing the presets loading on the little splash screen above the screen nor can I access the UI with SHIFT + F2. Please help.
