Menu does not open - the solution to the problem

I must say right away that the menu will still not work. But the inscription at the top will disappear and you can safely play. Just grab reshade.ini from any game you have already configured. Where the menu opens and everything is in order. Drop Reshade.ini and Reshade Preset.ini into the folder with the problematic game. Since the menu is still not working, adjust in another game and then just copy the preset to the desired game. It's not perfect, but there is simply no other way. If the menu does not open, nothing else can be done.
