According to Wikipedia the game was released in 1999, but Direct3D9 was published 2002 and even Direct3D8 was only published 2000, so it's likely for the game to be Direct3D7. Meaning ReShade itself unfortunately has no support for it. You could try to use

to wrap Direct3D7 to OpenGL, which then can be used by ReShade though.
